If one dies in a police-riot, it's brutality, but if one dies in a government-hospital from injuries sustained in a police-riot, it's a statistic.
Besides, the medic probably took a Hypocritic, erm, Hippocratic oath... He's probably just trying to remove some nascent bone-cancer in that protester's forehead.
