We've been stalked by ghouls and undead who covet our vote for the last few months.

Better do both just to be sure.
Always aim for the head, since the prevailing wisdom seems to be that despite all outward appearances, the control center is still in the skull. Somewhere. Maybe. This is also true for the walking dead.
