Caturday Night Special, Episode 0x6D

By the end of the doctoring, everyone involved was bleeding; I sincerely wish that that cat would get a better grip on how much it can take on in a fight, and act accordingly.

On the bright side, not having to cope with abcessed wounds and/or stitches is a win in my book.

Caturday Night Special, Episode 0x6C

Having seen this some days previous to reading Greg Gutfeld's piece on the Importance of Being Tolerant (screenplay adaptation by Wilde's zombie forthcoming), it seemed like the appropriate thing to post this week.

Caturday Night Special, Episode 0x6B

To the happy and newly-married couple:

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon the fields.

May the light of friendship guide your paths together.
May the laughter of children grace the halls of your home.
May the joy of living for one another
trip a smile from your lips, a twinkle from your eye.

And when eternity beckons,
at the end of a life heaped high with love,
May the good Lord embrace you
with the arms that have nurtured you
the whole length of your joy-filled days.

May the gracious God hold you both
in the palm of His hands.
And, today, may the Spirit of Love
find a dwelling place in your hearts.

Amen.

(And may we swiftly deal with the leftovers, sunburn and ensuing chaos from it all.)

Caturday Night Special, Episide 0x6A

RE: The popular ideas on "fixing" the economy (or anything else) through Federal intervention. Thanks, we're good here, and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

It's the inverse function of the Midas Touch, and we're running low on hip-waders and septic equipment.

Caturday Night Special, Episode 0x69

It's happening. Before this time next year, I should be out of the PRK. Cautious optimism is sprouting, but there's much work to be done yet.

One thing is certain: I'm done with the Central Valley. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
